OUR STORY
  • OUR MISSION

Shufu's mission is to bring Asian wellness foods to every pantry. Why? Asian wellness principles target the source of issues from the inside out, using real foods.

  • MEET THE FOUNDER

Jess dreams of becoming a 100-year-old athlete and making a positive difference in the lives around her. Shufu is where those two dreams intersect.

  • What does "Shufu" mean?

Shufu (舒服) means comfortable in Chinese, the kind of comfort that comes from feeling deeply peaceful and at ease.

WHY EAT SHUFU OATMEAL?

Breakfast with benefits.
  • Most people don't connect their breakouts or dull skin to what they eat for breakfast...but your skin barrier runs on zinc, omega-3s, and antioxidants. Shufu oatmeal combines pumpkin seeds (zinc), flaxseed and chia (omega-3s), and goji berries (vitamin C + antioxidants) to feed your skin from the inside. It's the easiest upgrade for your skincare routine.

  • If you're bloated, sluggish, or irregular, your gut is probably running low on fiber. Most Americans get less than half of their daily fiber requirement. Shufu delivers both soluble fiber (oats, chia) to feed good bacteria and insoluble fiber (flaxseed, pumpkin seeds) to keep things moving. One bowl, two types of fiber, and one less thing to think about.

  • The same inflammation quietly wrecking your heart is also what makes you feel tired and foggy, and it starts at the cellular level. Shufu's oats lower LDL cholesterol with beta-glucan, while flaxseed and chia deliver plant-based omega-3s that reduce arterial inflammation. It's the breakfast your cardiologist would actually approve of.
