FAQ

  • Shufu is a functional oatmeal made with whole ingredients: rolled oats, black sesame, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, flaxseed, chia, and coconut sugar. It's designed to support skin health, gut health, and longevity, not just fill you up.

  • If you have >10 minutes and are cooking at home, we recommend cooking Shufu on a stovetop with milk until the liquid is absorbed. If you're short on time, we recommend popping Shufu into a microwave with water or milk for 2-3 min and letting it rest 1 min before stirring and enjoying. And if you're realllllly short on time, you can prepare Shufu overnight oats using milk.

  • Shufu is priced higher than regular oats (which are simply just oats) because it's full of high-quality, premium ingredients that aren't cheap, especially since we're adding them in meaningful doses to make a nutrient-dense meal (not just token sprinkles).
