We Need To Talk About Frozen Fruit
It is a known fact that if you cook a bag of frozen strawberries long enough, they will disintegrate into a sweet mush that goes wonderfully atop a bowl of shufu oatmeal.

I could sing the praises of frozen fruits all day long. Did you know they’re picked at PEAK ripeness? So the frozen berries you’re eating have locked in all the vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber.
